After attending the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, located here in Samara, Costa Rica, Kate found herself being pulled by the desire to stay and begin sharing her practice in the same place that inspired her initially. Receiving her certification in the intensive 650-hour program and later her State of Montana Licensure, Kate has blossomed in her beach studio with Pato’s Surf School.
Kate believes that all aspects of an individual body, mind, and spirit can benefit from receiving massage therapy. Therefore, all sessions are customized to meet the individual needs of clients by integrating various modalities of massage such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy/deep tissue, and craniosacral therapy. She is dedicated to her own personal growth, as well as working together with her clients to promote education on self-healing and awareness. She looks forward to helping you achieve your goals within your body and help you move towards a happier and healthier you.
